Research group: Numerics of partial differential equations
Regular courses
Working Group 2 of the Institute of Applied and Numerical Mathematics is responsible for basic training in programming: Introduction to Computer Science and Algorithmic Mathematics for students of all faculties and offers lectures and practical courses on various programming languages. In the Bachelor's degree course in Mathematics, it is involved in training in numerical mathematics and organizes proseminars. With advanced lectures and seminars, it represents the field of applied mathematics and numerics of partial differential equations in research and teaching.
