I am a PhD student in the Junior Research Group: Numerics of PDEs. In my PhD project I focus on multiscale methods for parabolic PDEs. Further, I work on combining classical numerical methods with machine learning, where neural networks are used to replace, improve, or accelerate parts of numerical methods.
